Hotel Description:

Hotel Description:
A 4-star and 2 star hotel located in the city centre with 465 rooms, 100 interconnecting family rooms, 89 fully furnished suites, 3 dining outlets, 11 meeting rooms which has a maximum capacity of 250 pax and banquet capacity of 198 pax.

Hotel Description:
A 5-star with 432 rooms and suites which offers views that includes Burj Khalifa. Consist of 4 dining outlets and 1 bar, 1 ballroom and 11 spacious meeting rooms designed to accommodate up to 350 people

Hotel Description:

Position: Junior Sous Chef May 2007-July 2008
Hotel Description:
5 star accommodation with 216 guestrooms, 4 Restaurants, 3 Bars, 7 maximum meeting rooms and conference capacity 1000. The hotel is located just outside Al Ain centre, just a few minutes drive from the major tourist. sights.

OCEANA CRUISES/MS REGATTA
Position: Chef de Partie July 2006-December 2006
R class cruise ship she is owned and operated by Oceania cruises where she is part of their Regatta class as R Two. The interiors of Regatta are decorated in art deco style similar to the ocean liners. The ship has 684 passengers (lower berths) and 824 passengers (all berths).

DELPHIN RENAISSANCE CRUISES
Position: Chef de Partie December 2005-May 2006
Cruise Ship Description:
It was launched as the seventh member within the eight-ship R-class for Renaissance Cruises as R Seven. The ship has nine decks available to a maximum of 824 passengers, sometimes also the amount of 684 passengers in given, meaning the number based on the lower berths.
